What to Expect when You Call to book a Reading
• The office hours are 1 pm to 7 pm Eastern Time, Tuesday to Saturday. Calls are returned within these hours only.
• CLOSED on Sundays and Mondays. You are welcome to leave a message and your call will be responded to as soon as possible within the regular hours of operation.
• It is easier for Catherine to contact you so please do leave a message that clearly states your name, the number to call you back at and the length of reading you wish to book.
• Please be aware that Catherine cannot take same day bookings. The usual wait time for a booking is 1 to 3 days.

Please note that Email Readings are answered as soon as possible (usually within 3 business days). Email Readings purchased and submitted Saturday through Monday will be answered as soon as possible in the next business week. Peak times my result in a delay in response time. Please request information on response time when you submit your question. Also if you pay by E-check your reading will be completed after your payment clears–usually 5 to 7 business days according to PayPal.
